Spacious holiday accommodation on the Rheinhöhe, Roniger Hof district. The flat is located approx. 2 km from the historic old town of Linz am Rhein and is designed for 2 people.

It has a separate and barrier-free entrance, a covered parking space and a parking space for bicycles are available. The kitchen is fully equipped including kitchen utensils, stove/oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave as well as electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cleaning supplies for the kitchen. Various spices and oil are also available. The new bathroom has a bathtub/WC and is equipped with a hairdryer, hand and shower towels, soap and toilet paper. In the bedroom you rest in a double bed. A large wardrobe and a chest of drawers are also provided. Bed linen is also provided. The living room has a couch, a TV and a dining area.
