The non-smoking apartment (smoking is allowed on the loggia) is located directly on the banks of the Rhine and only a 3-minute walk from the local train station, the old town of Linz and the Rhine ferry. It offers a wonderful river view that extends over to the Ahr Mountains and can be enjoyed from the sunny loggia. The apartment, which is equipped with underfloor heating, is 55 square meters and offers space for 2 people. It is very open and bright and has a fully equipped kitchen.

At the end of 2016, the apartment was last extensively renovated and lovingly refurnished.

Two bicycles for free use are also available. WiFi is available.
